Job Description

In order to support the Production Department of Cable Cutting and Pre Assembly at our factory in Kumanovo, we are searching for highly motivated professionals who are ready to face the challenges of the international markets with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.


Tasks:


  • Support the strategic planning of the department/unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group
  • Organizes the production stream in collaboration with Management
  • Continuously tracks the list with mistakes made by personnel, calculates PPM, production efficiency and the diagram of quality for the delivered product.
  • Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it
  • Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor
  • Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her as well as make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor


Profile:


  • Bachelor degree
  • Professional experience minimum 3 years in production
  • Excellent problem solving skills and communication skills
  • Excellent command of the English language; comprehension of German language preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Package
  • FMEA knowledge
