As a Marketing Communication Manager you’ll be responsible for establishing Signify and its brands as leaders in the lighting market in Indonesia by driving external and internal communication in line with the business strategy. You’ll participate in the preparation and execution of the annual marketing communication plan. You’ll activate B2C/Consumer marketing communications campaigns and drive content creation and its activation in online and offline channels.

What you'll do
Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction; localize, activate, and evaluate global B2C MarCom Campaigns and create local MarCom sales collaterals (brochures, leaflets, catalogues, blog articles, POS key visuals, communication visuals, newsletters, social media posts etc.)
Create marketing communication to promote new launches and existing Products and Systems & Services to targeted segments.
Contribute in increasing Brand Preference in the Market by creating compelling marketing communication.
Achieving a Return of Investment, KPI (impact on revenue) and other KPIs from the marketing communication.
Responsible for digital & performance marketing and e-commerce support, implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.
Manage digital marketing activation in the digital & social media assets
Support e-commerce team to drive traffic and online store activations
Managing agencies: media, design and digital
Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
You are
Bachelor degree holder preferably in Marketing / Business Administration
Have at least 5 years of MarCom experience in combined B2C and B2B marketing/ brand communication and preferably in a Consumer Electronics / Information Technology / Building Materials industry
Experience in leading big projects / campaigns
Performance marketing experience is an advantage
Knowledgeable in digital and e-commerce campaigns / programs
Analytical skills (ROI calculations); focus on analytics and set KPIs accordingly: understand how to translate analytical data/dashboards into improvements
Possess confidence and able to manage stakeholders at various levels including C-level stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Track record as a strong executor within a team setting and driven to deliver on targets set
A natural collaborator and have a demonstrated capacity to work in a matrix environment
