The UOB Indonesia Wholesale Banking Development Program is designed to fast-track your career in banking industry as Relationship Manager, Credit Leader, or relevant specialist in Wholesale Banking.
Participants will gain exposure to various business segments within the Bank such as Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Transaction Banking, Financial Institutions, and Client Fulfillment & Services to develop strong interpersonal, critical thinking and leadership skills. You will undergo this program for 12 months that will match business needs and your choice of role.
