Job Description

Memberikan pelayanan bagi pelanggan melalui telepon dan walk in
Menyampaikan paket service center, hot deals serta promo penjualan unit mobil kepada pelanggan melalui telepon dan walk in
Mengakomodasi keluhan serta pertanyaan pelanggan dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik sesuai standart layanan yang telah ditentukan
Mengkoordinasikan dengan bagian terkait dalam hal pelayanan pelanggan dan penjualan unit mobil

Pendidikan Min. SMK (Sederajat) / D3 / S1 (Semua Jurusan)
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Telemarkting/ Sales Counter, Call Center, dan Customer Service
Komunikatif, Interaktif, Teliti, Ramah, dan Disiplin
Memiliki minat dan jiwa pelayanan
Orientasi pada target pelayanan pelanggan
