Responsibilities:
Make sure the letter correctly and clearly
Create Claim Manual Letter (DCL Minor Letter, PPH Payment Letter, Death & Non Death Payment Letter, Death & Non Death DCL Letter)
To process claims letter based on SOP or guideline as standard level agreed
Have coordination with QV and Claim analyst for any unclear information in system (if any)
To response email/complaint regarding the case handled within 1x24 hour (including in CRM)
Support to reduce/minimum error related correspondence
Add hock project (to participate in the project assigned by company
Active give any input related to the correspondence process to make efficiency/simplify process
Achieve the target productivity daily as agreed
Update WG in area correspondence
Ensure daily Document Management work
Ensure daily interaction via Email and/or CRM work items are proceed correctly and having high standard and accuracy
Job Specification:
Qualification
S-1 in Administration
Pleasant personality, good attitude and good team working
Action-oriented and customer oriented
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in claim, with preference in health insurance or life insurance Knowledge
Technical Knowledge :
Basic computer knowledge (Word and Excell)
Have a general knowledge on daily work procedures
English literate
Interpersonal Skills :
Diligent, helpful, result oriented, communication skills, confident, good emotional control, analytical, good time management and able to create pleasant working atmosphere
