Job Description
Build, lead, and mentor the Digital Marketing division.
Build, plan, implement and manage the overall digital marketing roadmap and strategy.
Track and deep analyze the database marketing, results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generate regular reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
Research competition, investigate benchmarks, provide suggestions for improvement and provide ideas to stand out for all digital advertising channels.
Build and execute a cross-platform customer acquisition strategy (i.e., the right platforms, with the right messaging, to the right audiences) and a performance-driven media plan with strict ROI goals.
Formulate and monitor monthly budgets and weekly plans for Google Ads (UAC, SEM, YouTube), Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, etc.
Manage external partners (e.g. Advertising Network, Programmatic vendors, etc) and media agencies, including regular evaluation of workflow and processes
Oversee and manage all in-house creative and brand teams to conceptualize, develop, and test rapidly evergreen and dynamic creatives that drive relevant traffic that converts to sales.
Lead landing page strategy, development, and optimization
Collaborate closely with other functions to ensure integrated and consistent marketing campaigns, delivered on-time and in-full.
Set growth and performance benchmarks, and establish analytics and dashboards for KPIs per channel (CAC, LTV, retention, AOV, ROAS), and build insightful dashboards to report on performance and efficiency on a weekly and monthly basis, maintaining KPI reports that track the efficacy of different variables and efforts.
The Successful Applicant
6+ years professional experience in digital marketing, in particular progressive acquisition marketing roles. Experience working at a Tech company or multinational company will be preferred.
Mastered the knowledge of planning & buying digital media on self-serve platforms such as Adwords, Facebook, 3rd Party Networks, MMP, as well as utilizing Google Analytics, AppsFlyer or other app analytics.
Familiar with app user acquisition, app user retargeting; have a great understanding of tracking and attribution logic and tech platforms.
Carry strong strategic creative thinker and problem solver as well as deep analytical skills.
Thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
Possess strong work ethic, leadership skill, and strategic vision
