Job Description

Handle customers' inquiries.

Deliver fast and excellent solutions to customers.

Establish and maintain relationships with customers.

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure solution.

Coordinate with different departments to create a seamless experience for customers.

Attracts potential customers by answering product and services questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
Minimum diploma or final-year student

Able to work full time for 3 months

Service-oriented and a good listener

Well organized, capable, and practiced in handling complex and multifaceted tasks

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Proficient in speaking in english

Good decision making and problem-solving skill
