Job Responsibilities

Supervise the implementation and carry out continuous evaluation of the Asset Management Power Plant system to support Performance Improvement which includes operations, maintenance, materials processes to run effective and efficient.

Assist and support Asset Management Manager in implementing and meeting asset management requirements according to the ISO 55001 standard.
Prepare and regularly analyze operational performance reports including KPIs related to power plant assets by utilizing the existing management system.
Prepare and regularly update the Life Cycle Plan (LCP) of generator assets to support the optimization of asset utilization.
Prepare, monitor and update regularly the plant risk register and plant equipment wellness to support optimizing the availability and reliability of power plant assets.
Assist and support the Asset Management Manager in conducting periodic asset management assessments according to the ISO 55001 standard.
Perform Failure Mode and Effect Analysis / Root Cause Analysis on system/equipment/process when needed/adhoc and monitor implementation and corrective actions required.
Conduct regular data and workflow audits on the EAMS system (CMMS or other) and make suggestions for improvement.
Undertake other work/ad hoc projects assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering or Management
Minimum 4 years experience in Asset Management or Operations or Maintenance area, preferably from power plant industry
Have good understanding about Asset Management; Enterprise Risk Management; Quality, Health, and Safety Management; Information Technology Management
A strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges in a collaborative team environment
Have good communication and interpersonal skill
Preferably good command in English both verbal and written
