As our Enterprise Key Account Manager, you’ll be in charge to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of major & strategic merchants, lead engagement, provide best-fitted Gojek solutions that will generate sales, and to lead game plans to enable delivery of joint business plan/target. Working closely with Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, Products Team, and others key stakeholders, you’ll take the wheel in developing Enterprise business for Gojek.
What You Will Do
Obtain in-depth and robust understanding of both Gojek & merchant’s business needs / issues, at the same time act as a consultant for each merchant by providing business solutions through Gojek products portfolios and build strong pipeline to achieve target
Work closely with merchants, includes approaching the new merchant and maintaining good relationships between GO-JEK and our merchants
Develop end-to-end joint business plans, monitor merchant’s performance versus target, create sales forecast based on Gojek’s plans & campaigns, assess competitive benchmarking, and anticipate potential business challenges
Create account plan for each merchant, recommend the expected support to close the revenue gap or potential improvement, represent merchant internally in Gojek, and utilize all available resources to manage the merchant's requirements as well as to coordinate with the other teams to support sales & business development strategies
Take responsibility for all services that Gojek delivers to each account, become the single point of contact from Gojek for engagement, project delivery & troubleshooting efforts
What You Will Need
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major (Especially Marketing, Business, Economics or Communications
At least 4 years of relevant work experience in handling enterprise accounts, solid experience in handling F&B, retail and/or groceries industry is a plus
A passionate, tech-savvy, self-starter, keen learner with an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong ability in leverage analytical capability to manage conflict and find resolution
Good presentation skills including ability to present to top decision makers or senior management
Good negotiation and deal-closing skills
Proficient in English (verbal and written)

We help our Enterprise merchants to grow through a consultative approach, starting from understanding the need of industry as well as the influencing factors that drive the growth, identify pain points of the merchants, and develop the solutions according to our comprehensive understanding of the merchants.
