Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Project Lead to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role in which you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and partner with Product, Design, and Content teams to increase the brand awareness of Quipper.

Job Descriptions

  • Developing and executing marketing strategy with the objective of increasing the brand awareness
  • Creating strong marketing campaigns using organic channels such as Social Media, Blog, Email, and website
  • Providing direction and planning of creatives, communications, and placements for every product promotion
  • Analysing data & providing analysis report for improvements and/or experiments
  • Liaise with internal and cross-department team such as graphic designer, content marketing, public relations, business development and product team related to assigned projects when needed
  • Manage marketing awareness team of Social Media & SEO Officer

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication-related major
  • Minimum 3-4 years of related experience, preferably with relevant experience in tech companies
  • Have a passion for education
  • Excellent in Indonesian & English (written and speaking)
  • Possess strong leadership skills and ability to coach and lead the team
  • Possess strong understanding of the local and global marketing trends, outlook, challenges
  • Have knowledge & experience in various Digital Marketing aspects, such as Social Media, SEO, Email Marketing, Paid Ads, and website development
