Job Description

  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Understand Brand strategies and prepare presentations to conduct line reviews with Marketing/Brand Managers to achieve Sales and Business goals.
  • Build and Develop strong business relationships with new and existing Store Trade Partners to include development of new and current business opportunities in order to achieve Winning Business Objectives.
  • Prepares bottom up sales forecast as input to Annual Budget Planning
  • Co-champions monthly S&M meetings and cycle meetings to align the sales organization on objectives, strategies and plans
  • To lead the execution of the channel strategy desired by the brand, networks with potential customers and business partners in an effort to promote certain products, development of accounts, execution of plans and management of key accounts.
  • Partnering with business managers to arrive at solid trade marketing strategies and plans, defining strategic brand and SKU assortment as well as appropriate planogram and merchandising to have a strong representation in these strategic beauty channels.
  • Establish Sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for accounts, and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10 years of experience in Sales & Trade Marketing with 4 years of experience in managerial role
  • Experience in Beauty/Electronic background is preferred
  • Bachelor degree, preferable master degree
  • Excellent oral and written communications in the English language
  • Possesses a good knowledge of economics and how current market trends influence sales
  • Has good leadership and communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong Channel/Key Account Management
  • Highly knowledgeable in Power point, Word, and Excel Core Competencies
  • Channel Partner Management, Process & Systems
  • Competitive, risk-taking, accountable, adaptable, teamwork-oriented, motivated, results-oriented, flexible
