As our Market Intelligence team for Research and Insight organization, you’ll take the wheel in maintaining Gojek’s competitiveness in the market. Along with crafting a robust research plan, you will be in charge of doing competitive analysis both in quantitative and qualitative approaches. Working closely with the product and strategy team, with your knowledge on the current competition landscape, you will participate in creating the right recipe for Gojek to maintain its competitiveness. The cherry on top: you’ll get to be a part of a team that works to be the voice of the market by delivering insight and translating it into actions.

About the Team
Gojek Research & Insights team has 80+ researchers spread across multiple products and countries. Our very own Market Insight team consists of 2 researchers in ID & VN. We are committed to ensure that user insights are always at the heart of marketing communication and product experiences, through collaboration with the brand, creative and design team.
Should you have a question about what users are doing in the Gojek app, we are your people! As a multidisciplinary team, we are working to deliver insights and recommendations by ways of merging qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and business research, which will help guide Gojek’s brand or communication decisions.
Outside of work, you’d find us doing various different things. We are made up of gardeners, sweets hunters, football ultras, manga geeks and binge watchers. With WFH becoming more normalized, you best believe we’ve been sharing our favorite ways to prioritize a healthy work-life balance at home.
