Job Description

High Flyer Internship is a 6 months program designed for dynamic and ambitious students eager to gain real life working experience under industry experts. You will be given real responsibilities and become the pilot that navigates the project from its departure until it reaches its destination.

Project: KOL Management
  • Support in creating campaign brief to share to KOL agency
  • Lead in execution namely managing the KOL experience, KOL brief, and Post
  • Ensure the KOL Experience to Salons are prepped well: liaise with commercial team in salon arrangement and appointment
  • Monitor KOL report from the agency, ensuring brand receives it max 10 days after KOL post


Social Maintenance Supervision

  • IG Hairtrendsid content preview & approval in monthly basis with category owners
  • Conduct monthly meeting to discuss M+1 content plan with digital agency
  • YTG & Upcoming campaign alignment (campaign, content, production) between the category owners and digital agency
  • Arrange LP Brand Monthly Meeting where digital related agencies present monthly report review
Requirements:
  • Indonesian Nationality
  • University Student – currently pursuing Bachelor/Master Degree without professional working experience (internships not included)
  • Available for full-time internship for 6 months
  • Proficient in English both verbal & written
  • Has leadership experience and active in student organizations/ campus activity
  • Possess good communication skills & positive working attitude
  • Dynamic & creative, with high energy
  • Superb analytical skills
  • Takes initiative
