About the Role
Our Global Total Rewards team drives cash, equity, perks, and benefits for all employees around the world and we're looking for a Stock Plan Administrator to join our team who will manage all aspects of our Global Equity program including new grants, equity transactions, grant cancelations, and employee socialization program. You will report to the Global LTI Head and will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Currently, our employees are working remotely. We are closely monitoring the status of COVID-19 as we continue our work to build a return-to-work plan that ensures a safe return to our offices and provides flexibility for our employees.
What You Will Do
Manage day-to-day administration of our stock plans globally
Coordinate with multiple departments, including People, Legal, and Accounting
Coordinate with external partners such as stock plan provider, broker, and transfer agent
Manage our Employee Equity Platform to ensure all equity plan transactions (grants, exercises, dispositions, transfers, releases, etc.) are correctly processed on time and to maintain data integrity and accuracy
Facilitate the governance process for share awards ensuring compliance approvals and controls are in place
Prepare reports on a periodic basis for tracking of the equity plan
Coordinate LTIP awareness programs
Respond to employee inquiries coming through emails/portals related to the stock plan
Maintain sound Manage grant reconciliations
Work on LTIP related special projects
What You Will Need
3-5 years of stock administration experience, preferably in a public listed company
Experience with Employee Equity Management platforms and other major third-party equity software systems
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Strong working knowledge of equity plans and various equity types
Prior experience working directly with major third-party employee equity management software systems and brokerage firms;
Ability to function in a highly confidential environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with high-level executives as well as front-line employees
Must demonstrate attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and strong project management and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to be a team player and partner with cross-functional teams
Must be action-oriented and have the enthusiasm to drive results

Group Total Reward is a C&B Center of Expertise (CoE) that provides subject matter expertise on total reward solutions, global oversight on core C&B processes.
