Role Overview:
1. Report into the CEO assuming full responsibility in ensuring retail and service excellence of the front-line workforce here in Indonesia;
2. Lead expansion efforts (identifying and negotiation of potential new boutique locations) through to operational excellence and effectiveness;
3. Ensure the organization meets is growth milestones for the next five years.

Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate is business-oriented, strategic and analytical with over 15 years of esteemed retail management / operations experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail.
