Job Description

  • Organising all shipments in line with all related parties
  • Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments
  • Deliver against departmental KPIs
  • Track cargo movement from loading port until destination port (depend on sales term).
  • Collect and give input to supervisor in negotiate to get the most competitive OF and other terms/conditions
  • Maintenance of system data requirements and ensuring integrity at all times
  • Continual review of shipping dates and reporting exceptions
  • Assisting with the re-negotiating of terms of business/service level agreements and
  • performance evaluation and taking corrective action as required
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent
  • Having min 1 year of working experience in Dry Cargo Logistic and Shipping in Commercial Palm Oil
  • Good in Analytical Thinking and communication
  • Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages.
  • Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
