Our Sourcing Team provides support for regional and corporate projects. We are in contact with local, regional and global finance and procurement teams to collaborate and innovate. Our services include collecting and analyzing company spend data and commercial sourcing management in order to achieve the best contractual conditions and best results for the company.
Partner with the best
As a Sourcing Specialist, you're to manage the buying process for a given set of goods. You're to apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution, placing & following-up on PO’s
Managing problems and schedule changes. Updating ERP
Detecting and signaling flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
Handling communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis
Assisting in the continuous development of the Procurement function towards best practice
Contributing project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sourcing).
Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate good interpersonal and leadership skills
Be a team player with ability to work independently
Demonstrate good problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
