Job Description

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Define and monitor the safe & optimum operating limits for the plant and identify potential for improvements as well as eliminate potential issue before they otherwise disrupt operations
  • Provide technical advice/support to identify deviation, bottlenecks and bad actor
  • Lead/participate plant performance optimization, troubleshooting, de-bottlenecking evaluation and continuous improvement in order to improve profitability and reliability of the plant
  • Lead/participate in analyzing complex technical issues, identifying key drivers, and proposing strategy / recommendations to support decision-making/resolution of technical issues
  • Lead/participate in safety initiatives including analyzing incremental risk arise from changes applied in facilities, risk assessments and HAZOP reviews
  • Steward the development/execution of approved improvement ideas/projects

Qualifications

  • Familiar with technical drawing (i.e. P&ID, GA drawing, etc), Heat Material Balance (HMB), equipment datasheet
  • Familiar with crude oil/produced water/sour gas/gas dehydration & compression/water treatment/utilities system
  • Competent in process simulation software (i.e HYSYS, HTRI)
  • Highly innovative, excellent leadership & teamwork skills, self-starter, and self-driven
  • Willing to be located at the plant site

Competencies

  • Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.5
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and writing in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Computer and data analytics/visualization literacy - Microsoft Office, ASPEN HYSYS, HTRI, Tableau, PowerBI, SEEQ
  • Having experience in Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract (PSC) environment preferred
