GRADE: Intern

JOB TITLE: Simplification Program - Intern

FUNCTION: Operations

SUB FUNCTION: Operations General

CITY & COUNTRY: Malang, Indonesia

DURATION : Fixed-Term 6 Months


ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is encouraged to be filled in by a manufacturing intern


Reports to: Operations Simplification Program Lead/ SMD Factory Manager

Geographic Scope: Local


WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Support Ops Simplification program to manage deliverables and progress on time in full
  • Engaged diverse stakeholders from project managers in different departments, IDT team and other team to deliver the projects
  • Provide compiled weekly projects status and highlight for any risk and issues for projects under Simplification program
  • Support and help facilitate in different project meetings – support issue resolution and contribute to detail development
  • Support simplification program lead for change management and communication materials


ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Currently undertaking or recently graduated from bachelor’s degree (S1) preferably from Industrial Engineering
  • Have knowledge and understanding of Project Management
  • Good skills of IT system – MS Words, Excel, Power Point. MS form/Flow and SAP will be added benefits
  • Good communication skills in English and to be able to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good analytical thinking and ability to explain process flow in business
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, honest, good attitude, independent and self-motivated person
