Partner Engagement is to manage engagement with drivers. The team need to be able to create a quick wins and long term strategy to accelerate growth of rides thru the engagement plan and strategy. The team need to also have the muscle skills to execute the strategy in timely manner
Get to know the Role :
Fully responsible on managing drives activities and events in order to increase drivers productivity and engagement level. Operating this will need discipline and expected to be strategic and understanding the potential area/ channel for acquiring potential drivers
You will be growing Grab the already strong presence in your area
You will maintain the customer both from drivers and passenger satisfaction level in your area
The day-to-day activities :
Accountable to create a plan and monitor the implementation from the plan
Accountable for partner on-boarding, quality assurance, loyalty and retention
Support City Manager to ensure high retention rate & increase partners LTV
You will make sure our level of service quality to both Customer side is in exceptionally good stage to minimize complaints
You expected to manage cost effectiveness/ efficiency against result
You are expected to track spending on timely manner
The must haves :
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
Good in written and spoken English
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
Other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking
Experience in strategy and consulting
Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
Minimum 1 or 2 years (including internship experience)
