As a Data Processing Specialist for Research and Insight organization, you’ll take the wheel in innovating the process of post-launch survey. Working closely with the researchers across products in ID, SG and VN, you’ll get to share your expertise to expand the scale to a bigger impact. Your creativity, analytical thinking and solid problem-solving skill will be much appreciated in this role.

About the team
Gojek Research & Insights team is a family of 90 researchers spread out across Jakarta, Singapore, and Ho Chi Minh. Our Quantitative Excellence team is a group of 3 researchers with a vision to improve quantitative skills and processes in R&I organization. Specifically, we have been continuously creating innovation and education sessions for researchers in the method. As a specialist team, we combined technical skills with a high level of curiosity, problem solving and creativity to continue looking for improvement. When we aren’t busy with our heads deep in research, you’d probably find us playing games together through Zoom. We’re made up of a home-cook chef, piano player, and anime fanatic.
