Being responsiblie for managing staffs in delivery devision for KAIZEN
・Manage and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
・Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
・Keep logs and maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
・Manage shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
・Monitor and report on transportation costs
・Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
・Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
Requirements
・Ability to use Excel (can use macro)
・Ability to speak English conversational level
・Being familiar with delivering system [Anything ok]
・Living in Cikarang / Bekasi
・Knowledge about taxation for delivering
