Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a passionate Human Resources team to deliver high standards in colleague experience & engagement in alignment with the culture and values of Langham Hospitality Group.

Key Responsibilities: **

  • Oversee and direct all HR activities within the hotel, including Personnel, Compensation and Benefit, Colleague Experience and Learning and Development
  • Be a Business Partner of the hotel’s General Manager and other Executive Committee Members, with a strong emphasis on driving results
  • Develop manpower budget and establish a process to review the manning structure to improve the operation efficiency
  • M aintain harmonious employee relations and create positive working environment
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to help attract top talents
  • Recommend recruitment tool to management to increase the successful rate of selecting and retaining of colleagues
  • Implement and monitor a performance management System
  • Ensure the compliance with all relevant hotel policies and procedures, local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices
  • Keep updated with the latest trends in the field of applied human resource activities, legal updates and world-wide HR trends
  • Ensure fairness in all labor related processes and management practices
  • Prepare and maintain a staffing guideline for each operational division and outlet
  • Keep abreast with the latest C&B market information and trend
  • Establish a competitive C&B strategy and policy to capture right talents
  • Build strong employee commitment by organizing multiple communication channels, recognition system to create a work place environment that is motivating and caring

Requirement

.

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Human Resources Management. Exposure in Hospitality industry preferred
  • Excellent technical, business and commercial acumen as HR Business Partner
  • Thorough knowledge of local labour law
  • Outgoing, good team player with can-do spirit
  • Positive, proactive and independent
  • Independent and ability to be agile and adaptable to changing work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, reflected in the ability to lead and motivate team
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Indonesian (Bahasa)
  • Legally authorized to work in Indonesia
