Job summary
Based in Meliá Bali, the Cluster Director of Revenue Management will create and adapt the two Hotels’ market strategies, company pricing, selling practices and revenue management best practices. This position will accomplish the maximization of the Hotels’ revenue through the use of business processes and Company systems; be in direct communication with the executive management committees of the Hotels and will develop and implement strategies to improve the overall revenue.
What will you be doing?
1. Daily analysis of channel distribution models and the impact on booking trends by consumer
2. Adjusts hotel and corporate pricing strategies through all distribution channels
3. Ensures rates protect the relationships with long term customers
4. Monitors all booking segments (transient, group, tour booking, etc.) along with their booking pace in order to determine pricing and availability Completes all rooms and revenue forecasting to accurately project unconstrained demand
5. Maintains the data within the Demand Analysis strategies, both future and historical and determines unconstrained demand
6. Together with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Team promotes strategic selection of business
7. Tracks and analyzes competitive set pricing and yield strategies, gaining the ability to predict the comp set reaction to changes in the marketplace
8. Prepares revenue updates as required
What are we looking for?
1. Bachelor Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel Management or equivalent education
2. Minimum 3-years experience in a similar position in the international Hospitality industry.
3. Very good Knowledge of Revenue Management tools: Duetto, STR, OTA insight, etc.
4. Fluent English in both Verbal and written
5. Strong analytical mindset and strategic vision
6. Excellent leadership skills
5. Prior Experience in Asia preferred
