Summary
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Reservations is responsible to assist the Reservation Manager in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards.
Qualifications
1.Ideally having a Diploma degree or in Hospitality/Tourism and/or related background. 2.Minimum 2 years work experience as guest service in either Reservation or Front Office, or as Team Leader in larger operation. 3.Advanced technology proficiency with thorough working knowledge of reservations software and booking systems 4.Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. 5.Exceptional time management, detail and organizational skills. 6.Must be a strong compassionate leader with a self-sacrificing personality along with calm demeanor when working with colleagues as well as guests. 7. Professional demeanor with exceptional verbal, written and electronic communication skills.
