Job Description:

Reporting to AVP, Legal this position is responsible for monitoring, reviewing and updating for the upcoming regulations and reviewing the issued regulations: Insurance Law implementing regulation, OJK Regulations and OJK Circular Letter, AAJI regulations, and other relevant regulation including but not limited to the following:

  • Drafting and reviewing Agreement from other business units.
  • Providing Legal Opinion for other business units.
  • Assisting Distribution Channel division in day to day activities: Reviewing agreement for agency division i.e Recruitment Form, Agency Agreement, KPM Agreement, Agency Credit Agreement, Agency event agreement, Worksite Agreement, Loan Agreement. Supporting distribution channel on fraud investigation by the agent. Supporting distribution channel on meeting with prospective client for Worksite arrangement. Supporting distribution channel for implementing of In-Organic Recruitment Project.
  • Assisting Operation division day to day activities: assisting CRM and/or claim team to response the claim from customer, meeting with customers who file complaint to SLFI, preparing relevant document for claim or complaint handling, such as, settlement agreement, statement letter etc., reviewing any other agreement relevant to Operation Division i.e agreement with hospital, agreement with external investigator, agreement with payment channel etc., supporting Underwriting and New Business team for insurance application.
  • Handling litigation and fraud matters: accompanying claim and complaint team to meet with lawyer, regulators, police, investigator, etc., handling upcoming SLFI litigation and/or fraud cases. Monitoring update of current litigation cases.
