Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Participate in the Technical Transfer and Creation of new products and process into the Manufacturing production line.
  • Evaluating existing manufacturing system and ensuring the system ready to be access.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting any errors in the system which may result to delays and quality issues in production.
  • Ensure ClearQuest is closed correctly in timely manner.
  • Directly support operations with troubleshooting and issue resolution with respect to computer and MAM systems.
  • Participates in activities or training in conjunction with production line, IT, Manufacturing systems and anything that related to implementation and on-going support.
  • Determining problem in the assembly / test production system and implementing improvements.
  • Developing detailed layouts in the MAM system for machine, processes and workflow.
  • Ensure integration between MAM system and other software to test effective automated and manual system.
  • Support engineer/manager request as when required
