About this job:

You will:

Design, lead and drive Global Product Digitalization Programs within Production and Supply.
Implement and embed sustainable step changes in capabilities that deliver benefits associated with the program to agreed timelines, budget, scope and quality.
Manage end to end financial aspect of the project/program with finance teams support.
Mobilize and inspire delivery teams across P&S organization, to build commitment, proactively support program plans, objectives and delivery timelines.
Assure awareness of, and engagement with, other projects and programs across various function beyond P&S team, to ensure value creation and maximize return on investment, managing and negotiating conflict as required.

Accountabilities:

Coordination within Production & Supply (P&S) function in Gunung Putri & Toller site on the implementation of GPD project in Gunung Putri site - Set up a good scheduling and planning with HSE team, production, engineering, warehouse and vendors.
Optimize the resources planning, monitor the project progress and time management corrective actions are taken,
Control modifications, scope changes, and changes to the cost.
Establish the project execution strategy and the local project management plan.
Determine, agree and acquire the budget and resources required.
Lead the local project team to meet objectives from initiation to closure ensuring effective transition to the business operation (steady state).
Balance competing constraints (time, cost, quality) with resource at within GPD budget.
Secures and manage local project resources.
Monitor and report progress of the project and status updates.
Manage the implementation phase with successful HSEQ, cost, time and performance results.
Accountable for SAT/UAT (validation of functional and quality of equipment).
Compile and maintain documentation.
Review risk and issue logs to ensure appropriate mitigating controls and corrective actions are taken.

You will bring the following essential knowledge & experience:

Has university degree in technical engineering / science background.
Has minimum of 5+ years working experience managerial level in project engineering environment, and manufacturing operation, preferable in Filling and packing process.
Has knowledge and skill in: manufacture setting, project management, risk management, people management, scheduling and project planning.
Has knowledge about supply chain management and manufacturing operational system development is plus point.
Good communication skill across various level, multiple stakeholder management, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Good leadership and management skills.
Has experience in latest technology preferably in 2D barcodes, QR code or track n trace programs.
Has experience of building financial business cases to support investments.
Has experience in reporting status to various forums.
Experience within SAP systems integration programs, Agile / Scrum and experience of working within Production and Supply functions are highly desirable
Proven track record in delivering successful change in a complex global environment (SAP, AWS, MDM, Mobile applications etc).
Proven change management / project management experience for substantial change topics. Ideally in a global / regional environment.
Has professional certification in program management.
