Job Description
As a Head of Research, you are responsible to:
Lead market research to handle all end to end research projects and working closely with 3rd party research agency
Review the data and reports given by the third party agency and work very closely with strategy team to make strategies out of the reports
Work closely with other research and marketing teams and external research agency to offer integrated insight and solution for brand strategy and other marketing projects business wide.
Handle primary and secondary research for internal and external clients as well
Share and present reports gathered by third party agency to internal management and clients if needed
The Successful Applicant
As a Head of Research, we are looking for someone with great communication skills and excellent written and verbal communication in English *AND* Bahasa Indonesia
Min. 5 years working experience in market research or business consulting or related function in agency or client side.
Growth mindset, proactively seeks to enhance skills and knowledge.
Has successful track records in handling Quantitative and Qualitative Research
Able to solve complex issues, management stakeholder expectations and act as trusted advisor and strategic partner for marketing division.
Deep understanding and experience of quantitative and qualitative research projects, at all stages from design to delivery - Strong organizational and project management skills, solutions focused.
Out-call the business owners and inform them about the program,.

Internet Service Provider (Wired Connection or Opticâ¦
Acts as liaison between engineering and manufacturing on welding related issues.
