Job Description
  • To arrive on duty punctual in a clean, sober and smart appearance.
  • Follows food preparation and presentation specification precisely.
  • Set up daily mise en place for his section.
  • Understands and follows objectives, policies, standard and procedures set fort by the Sous Chef
  • Utilizes leftover food, converts unconsumed cooked food to other dishes.
  • Prepares for breakfast, lunch or dinner mise en place, working the line during service
  • Ensures that his / her station is properly set up and clean at all time
  • Able to make bread, patisseries etc related to Pastry Bakery

Work Experience
  • Previous experience in similar position and hospitality industry
  • Ability to enabling the team and create healthy work atmosphere
  • Sparkling personality, positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Ability to apply strategic thinking and business awareness
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
