About the role-
At least 3-5 years experience in recruiting from BPO Industry
Recruiting experience
Managing end to end HR management portal
Following the stages of recruitment and onboarding process
Placing job Ads on Job Adder and applying screening questions to shortlist the right candidates.
Shortlisting the applicants and sending them to my interview
Reviewing the video interviews and shortlisting candidates for Zoom interviews
Scheduling and conducting zoom interviews
Scheduling Training and induction of selected candidates
Handing over and liaising with Trainers for coaching and certification purposes
Once mock passed, issuance of contracts and staff details form
Creating folder of each candidate and ensuring signed copy and other documents are saved
Handover to IT
Addressing any concerns of the team in regards to contracts and payouts.
