About the role-
  • At least 3-5 years experience in recruiting from BPO Industry
  • Recruiting experience
  • Managing end to end HR management portal
  • Following the stages of recruitment and onboarding process
  • Placing job Ads on Job Adder and applying screening questions to shortlist the right candidates.
  • Shortlisting the applicants and sending them to my interview
  • Reviewing the video interviews and shortlisting candidates for Zoom interviews
  • Scheduling and conducting zoom interviews
  • Scheduling Training and induction of selected candidates
  • Handing over and liaising with Trainers for coaching and certification purposes
  • Once mock passed, issuance of contracts and staff details form
  • Creating folder of each candidate and ensuring signed copy and other documents are saved
  • Handover to IT
  • Addressing any concerns of the team in regards to contracts and payouts.
