Job Description

  • Undertake daily marketing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing activities
  • Ensure all submission of financial administration in timely manner
  • Support marketing executives in marketing execution especially in the administration and procurement side
  • Update spreadsheets of procurement and financial administration status with the latest progress
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
  • Coordinate with other Marketing Admin to align with the latest procurement and finance administration policy and guidelines

Requirements

  • A bachelor degree from reputable university. Majoring in Accounting, or Technical Background is preferred
  • Good understanding on Excel and computer program literate
  • Good communication skill to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Good proficiency in English language
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment, and high willingness to learn
