TikTok E-Commerce Offline Acquisition Team's objective is to acquire, onboard, and enable offline merchants to do business online via TikTok. This role will support the local team to arrange and manage the whole offline merchant acquisition progress. This role also requires daily travel to local offline sites and will not be in the office.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead local ops to acquire offline merchants in places such as wholesale markets, malls, manufacturing bases
  • Work directly with offline team leader to track acquisition progress, provide feedback and drive improvements
  • Conduct daily and weekly review with local ops to identify painpoints and improvement potential
Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor's degree. Business, Marketing, Sociology, Media, or English majors are preferred

  • 1-4 years of experience in project management, merchant acquisition, offline event organization or working with offline wholesale merchants
  • Willing to always be on-the-go and be stationed in local merchant sites
  • Excellent ability to solve problems, deal with uncertainties and handle pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both in the team collaboration and with offline merchants
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
