Job Description

a. Menerima panggilan telpon yang masuk dan atau melakukan telpon keluar.
b. Menjawab permasalahan klien dan memberikan solusi
c. Mencatat pesan atau persoalan yang harus diselesaikan perusahaan
d. Membuat perjanjian/ appointment dokter (call center rumah sakit) e. Dan lain-lain.
  • Kualifikasi :
a. Pria/ wanita, diutamakan yang belum menikah

b. Minimal D3/ SLTA berpengalaman minimal sebagai agent call center/ operator telpon atau customer services.

c. Diutamakan memiliki keahlian berbahasa Inggris

d. Umur maksimal 30 tahun

e. Jujur dan teliti.

f. Memiliki motivasi kerja dan disiplin.

g. Memiliki suara yang baik dan jelas (tidak berlogat kedaerahan)

h. Sehat jasmani dan rohani (dengan menunjukkan Surat Keterangan Sehat)

i. Berkelakuan baik (dengan menunjukkan SKCK dari kepolisian)

j. Bersedia kerja shifting.
