Job Description

Main Accountabilities:

1. Report weekly technician Service Hour.
2. Process monthly Time Sheet (Payroll).
3. Creates SO and SOM at the request of Service and Warehouse Department, and input all parts in use.
4. Close SO and SOM transaction, invoice.
5. Create Purchase Order for consumables needed by Service Department, SHEQ, Warehouse and Office. Report order status every week.
6. Meeting/ discussion with customer Finance for payment plan schedule.
7. Monitor all service and parts contract compliance and provide good administration documentation.
8. Conduct good communication ethics with Business Partners.
9. Comply with SHEQ procedure.
10. Participate in maintaining the workplace cleanliness, healthiness and safety.
11. Report if there are unsafe conditions or unsafe actions while working.
12. Immediately report to direct superior any "Near Miss, Incident and Accident".
13. Communicating with the Branch Manager or Supervisors if there are problems on the job.
14. Conduct good communication with co-workers.
15. Arrange completion all needs and forms of new employees as well as leaving employees.
16. Organize annual Medical Check-Up for all employees
17. Employee work permit and vehicle permit monitoring and renewal on time, report monthly.
18. To support training arrangement, cash advance, ticketing, badge.
19. Communicate with customer for employee facilities on-site (pack meal, accommodation, transportation, etc.)
20. Ensure all employees input Leave (annual leave, field break, sick leave, etc.) in Absence Database before process Payroll.

Requirements :

Educational Background :
  • Minimum Diploma degree in Management, Secretarial or Administration.
Experience :
  • Minimum 5 years experience in administrative area preferably from heavy equipment or mining industry.
Knowledge & Skill:
  • Administration and documentation
  • Ability to use SCALA ERP, email and Microsoft office application.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa and English, both oral and written.
  • Presentation skill and public speaking
  • Able to drive light vehicle (car) and has driving license

Placement : Sumbawa, NTB, Indonesia

This position is temporary for only 1 year
