Job Description

Assess priorities of projects and provide advice and assistance through coordination.

Monitor and coordinate with cross-division function and external partners on ongoing project execution.

Provides administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.

Maintains comprehensive and accurate records, as well as performs minor accounting duties.

Organizes and manages priorities of meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and other logistic needs when necessary.

Answers phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
Has min. 2 years of experience in project management.

Excellent priorities assessment skills, proven with experience.

Advanced time management and problem-solving abilities.

Good verbal and written communication skills in Indonesia and English.

A proactive and self-direction person with a good work ethic.
