Job Tittle : Front Office & Guest Experience Manager Job Description
  • Inspiring and engaging. As a Front Office & Guest Experience Manager, you will show your leadership and interpersonal strengths to maximize the Rooms Operations, and ensure an exceptional guest journey.
  • Lead a team of Front Office professionals, ensuring guest experience is at the forefront at all times.
  • Improve and enhance guest experience throughout their stay in creative and engaging ways.
  • Participate in the recruitment of new team members.
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
  • Maximize rooms revenue through participating in yield management meetings and implementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices
  • Act as an ambassador for guests at our venue
  • Help resolve any issues or complaints
  • Train employees in customer service
  • Create and enforce employee practices and policies
  • Assist with PR outreach or grassroots marketing projects
  • Complete data entry tasks
Work Experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team in a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Passion for guest service and delighting our guests and team members.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively to resolve issues and streamline hotel processes.
  • A minimum of 2 years professional experiences in an upscale commercial hotel
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Knowledge in systems
  • Available for Indonesian Nationality only
