Job Description

  • Oversees all activities of the Investment Banking department, focusing on Capital Market and Advisory
  • In charge for the all of the corporate actions for their clients, such as pre-IPO, IPO, M&A, and Fundraising within the company
  • Provides financial management and support to the business, advancing overall financial goals and objectives.
  • Partners with various business teams in maximizing profits, improving decision-making, and ultimately driving financial transparency across the business.
  • Handle the outbound relationships with investors

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree holder of Accounting / Finance, or other similar disciplines
  • Have a minimum experience of 5 years in Corporate Finance function
  • Has IPO and Fundraising experience in prior
  • Able to manage relationships with the investors
  • Strong financial management skills, communication skills, and have a hands-on approach in order to manage the business from a finance perspective
