Job Description

Training Executive





YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Integrate and harmonize site training system across department
  • Manage training and qualification structure for all employees through the governance of personnel curricula, training record, and training effectiveness evaluations governance in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Facilitate the development of training materials and qualification concept through coordination with related department or pillar
  • Assist strategy deployment and capability manager on the creation of training master plan based on coordination with department and PSS pillar
  • Coordinate with department and pillar training coordinator to maintain and facilitate training and capability building sessions at site level
  • Coordinate with all departments in Cimanggis Site to ensure that all employees received basic training of GMP, HAS, HACCP, SMK3 and another basic training before the employee perform their task as part of onboarding activity
  • Coordinate with all departments in Cimanggis Site to ensure that all employees that work in GMP related area have received and finished Personnel Training Plan before the employee perform their daily task.

YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • 2-3 year of experience in a manufacturing site
  • 1-2 year of experience in training management // Bachelor degree in Pharmacy/ Technology/ Engineering/ Management or other equivalent academic degree
  • Familiarity with Project Management process and tools
  • Good ability to work cross functions
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Skill of trainer and facilitator
  • Computer literate for standard office operational.
  • Skilled to work within an international team and has ability to work within team.
