Job Description

Business Context & Purpose of The Job:
Corporate governance is one of the requirements for Tokopedia in building a sustained and reliable business. IT governance is one of the essential ingredients in meeting the objectives. Therefore, we shall have dedicated personnel to manage all relevant activities in technology and data domains.


Accountabilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the relevant technology team members to understand the overall key activities performed by technology team and current challenges in technology teams
  • Define the governance architecture or skeleton to get the overall visibility of policies interconnection
  • Develop and implement relevant policy and procedure in technology domain adhering to common practices or standards considering the activities performed by internal team
  • Establish strategic, tactical, and operational activities in every developed policy and procedure
  • Align relevant policies with the company business strategy, priorities, and risk appetite to avoid ambiguity in the implementation of the policies therein
  • Define relevant metrics and internal control checklist as part of the implementation of IT policy and procedure
  • Monitor the effectiveness of IT procedures to ensure adherence to standards and policies as appropriate to mature the IT governance of the organisation
  • Maintain strong and effective working relationships with Risk Management and Internal Audit functions in the company


Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or System Information

  • Experience in technology company that applies software development framework such as Agile, Scrum, etc is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable tackling complex problems and breaking these down into manageable pieces
  • Superior communication, facilitation and consensus-building skills
  • Conceptual and practical thinking and implementation skills
  • Strong process design and analysis skills


Experience:

  • 1-2 years of relevant IT Governance related experience in Big Four Consulting Company


Skills:

  • Understand the IT Governance framework e.g. COBIT 2019, ITIL, TOGAF. Experienced in implementation of those frameworks is preferable
