  • Develop and implement Digital marketing plan to varies Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies e.g., brand campaign, product launches, new services to increase brand preference especially through digital paid performance to achieve company’s target for new customer via lead generation and marketing partnership strategies and to drive company growth across various channels.
  • Deliver efficient digital performance marketing & partnership investment to ensure improving cost per metrics to achieve throughout omnichannel.
  • Develop a consolidated content for digital performance media in leveraging trends, festivities, seasonal periods, and any other potential momentum.
  • Develop an effective digital media plan to support any GTM strategy.
  • Identify a new and innovative ways of engaging customers through constant testing & refining, and leveraging channels including Pulse platform, Partner premises, in-house media channels such as in-app notifications, push notifications, SMS, email marketing, paid digital and offline media.
  • Management of relationships between internal and external stakeholders, delivering and exceeding expectation against target to drive performance of the partner.
  • Analysing and improve performance of partners through marketing funnel and digital channels.
  • Work closely with other key departments and tribe; Digital & IT (PRULeads and Digital Partnership), Marketing & Communication, Finance, Products and PCA Digital Marketing to ensure GTM strategy is aligned.
  • Ensure clear KPI and Process alignment with all stakeholders (tribes/squads/dept, partners) with periodic reviews and adjusting/updating plans to align with changing market and business dynamics.
  • Reporting on performance partnership channel and KPI and insight to be delivered and communicated within tribe and key stakeholders.
Job Specification:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing (leads gen) or similar affiliate and marketing partnership position
  • Well-developed partnership acumen and a proven track record in digital partnership
  • Good Knowledge and use of current advertising tools and channels such as Facebook, Google, other performance marketing channel
  • Familiar with digital performance metrics and its measurement
  • Have strong all-around knowledge of Insurance landscape and digital marketing landscape including key performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.
  • Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse reports and communicate findings.
  • Experience in creating standard operating procedures,
  • Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills.
  • Proven people management experience
  • Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven approach.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with digital agency and start-up environment is desired.
