Assistant Manager – Softlines, Consumer Products Indonesia
Responsibilities : Responsibilities:
Achieve yearly revenue Target for the set of Licensee partners allocated within Home and Fashion categories.
Execute Local market category plan in line with overall country strategy.
Key Account Management of licensee partners allocated, keeping track on their performance, identifying growth opportunities and conducting Joint Business Planning at regular intervals.
Ensure partners adhere to pre-defined processes including but not limited to Reporting, Production norms, Product Approval etc.
Play a supporting role to the new business development team by identifying and connecting with potential partners for the identified white spaces. Once the partner is signed up, work closely to on-board them and assist the NBD team for product launch.
Keep an eye on the emerging trends across Products, Marketing (Trade and Consumer), Distribution Channels and regularly share best practice examples from the market place.
Actively participate in driving key company-wide initiative including but not limited to Inclusion & Diversity, Sustainability, and Sales Force Implementation etc.
Work closely with support functions to drive the overall business objectives - Finance, Marketing and Creative.
Licensee & Retail Management
Hold relationship with Key Licensees and Retailers to manage Disney’s product Presence & Visibility.
Work with Licensee partners and Retail Buyers/Merchandisers at to support New business opportunities
Act as Communication link between Disney, its licensees and the retail buyers
Joint Business Planning with Licensee Partners & key retailers – Performance Review, Growth opportunities and driving Marketing KPI’s
Work closely with the creative team to develop and inspire retailer and Licensee Partners to widen and put out a product range that is on trend.
Finance Management
Responsible for financial goals set out for the partners directly managed, ln line with country goals.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of Sales Reports, Forecasts etc.
Marketing Management
Coordinate with Retail Marketing/E Commerce team to support sales promotion, events and brand initiatives in the local market
Ensure licensees implement the Disney visual merchandising programs and branding guidelines
Basic Qualifications :
5 to 7 years of work experience with companies representing leading consumer facing brands across industries & Retailers. Candidates should have had an exposure in Fashion and Home industry.
Proven experience of building effective relationships, leading and managing change and collaboration across departments to achieve joint financial goals
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Good analytical skill and financial concepts
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
