We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and curious individual to join the People team in Indonesia as a People Operations Associate. As part of the People team, you will be involved in multiple areas within the HR-functions to support all operations in the Indonesia team. You will also have the opportunity to work with teammates outside of Indonesia on global initiatives developed and/or executed by the People team. This is an exciting, fast-paced position that directly contributes to the entire company’s growth and success. The role requires strong analytical and agile thinking skills, as well as interpersonal communication and operational skills. Being highly resourceful, adaptive, and energetic will be advantageous too!

The Responsibilities

    • Data management: Manage employee data on HRIS and ensure accuracy and data security at all times
    • Manage end-to-end process for BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and private insurance
    • Stakeholder management: Provide broad-spectrum HR support to the business and employee, support conceptualisation and implementation of people policies and processes
    • Organisational Development: Help develop new structures and re-evaluate existing processes and operations by serving as a sounding board and advisor to the Head of People and Operations
    • Communications: Support on internal communications, and facilitate setup of employee engagement initiatives, including but not limited to Company All-Hands, Town Halls, celebrations etc
    • Operations: Manage all People administrative matters (i.e. contract preparation, liaising with Finance on payroll matters, maintain training & leave record for all employees, onboarding and offboarding matters)
    • Compliance: Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure all of Finantier’s processes and operations are aligned to local regulations and laws
    • Support in any People Operations-Organisation Development projects, or ad-hoc duties

The Requirements

    • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource, or other related fields
    • 2 years experience as Compensation Benefit Specialist
    • Well-versed in Employment Act and related laws and regulations
    • Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, culturally diverse, and evolving environment
    • Well-organised, intellectually curious, highly analytical and loves to problem-solve
    • Detail-oriented, big-picture thinker with comfort with “blank paper” assignments
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive feedback
    • Able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functional teams
