Job Description

Responsibilities :

Assist customers with maintenance activities 24×7
Respond to critical incidents to ensure rapid restoration of service
Resolve technical problems raised by customers
Be an integral part of a Project team which ensures the successful operation and high availability.

Requirements :

Having 2 or more years project management experience in IT;
Have experience in the following domains preferred: managing IT Infrastructure and implementation projects
Able to work under pressure;
Able to work on Documentation;
Good communication and a team player
Temporary position (1 Year)
