Support Molecular Diagnostics growth by delivering daily field service operations in Indonesia in alignment with commercial operations. The individual in this role will work closely with the distributor service and commercial organizations, in executing service priorities to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction, service excellence and achieve positive business results. This role will also focus on continuous improvement of the quality of service delivery, including but not limited to service business reviews, thereafter using his/her ability to influence and drive the required improvement with appropriate solutions.

Principle Challenges:
Technical issues, resolved through skills and ability to coach and develop distributor engineers. Customer satisfaction, to be solved through understanding the nature of improvement required and developing solutions amongst other functional units.
Decision Making Authority:
Routine service operations decisions are directly linked to job responsibilities.
Additional Information:
The candidate in this role will also be the primary engineer involved in the roll-out of a new product line in Indonesia. The success of this launch will rely heavily on the ability to provide effective direct support to customers. The candidate in this role will also drive for commercial awareness and corresponding actions, representing the Service unit in Indonesia. In addition, he/she should have appropriate potential to lead a team of Abbott service engineers and act as a service supervisor in the short to medium-term future.
