Your role
As a Corp IT Infrastructure Specialist, you are responsible for assisting Corp IT Managers in daily IT operations in a hybrid IT environment to bring technology innovation and efficiencies to the Corp IT team that is accountable for business and technical services. You will be responsible for delivering new and enhancing existing services by embracing automation and continual service improvement across the group. You will be responding to all service requests by Coda users globally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the servers, networking and databases in the virtual corporate IT infrastructure
  • Familiar with cloud-native configuration and settings
  • Monitoring alert availability
  • Analyze problems, evaluate technical issues, test, maintain, modify, integrate, monitor and ensure to automate software systems
  • Define the data requirements for each API integration to ensure accurate integration results
  • Build customised alerts based on monitoring use cases to meet IT and security requirements
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to support their requirements to improve and build API integration across other SaaS platforms
  • Build automated processes for any recurring operational tasks on a scheduled basis
  • Document each automation workflow data and steps to ensure the quality of processes
  • Assist in general remote support to users in work-from-home environments or co-shared offices
  • Proactively respond and engage users through collaborative communication platforms

Requirements

  • Experience working in a comparable role in a fIntech company
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with continual demands and changing priorities
  • Demonstrate and foster a collaborative team approach and interact well with general users
  • High proficiency with SaaS platforms like Slack, Google
  • Proficiency in scripting skills e.g. Python
  • Proficiency in simple web languages e.g. HTML, CSS
  • Familiar with all Windows, Mac, and Linux laptops
  • Degree in information technology
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Certification in ITIL is advantageous
