Responsibilities
Partner with key stakeholders in developing learning roadmap based on competencies and capabilities critical in achieving Prudential’s purpose
Design and develop innovative scalable learning methods such as instructor-led training, self-directed learning, technology-based learning, etc
Develop, implement, and maintain a digital learning ecosystem to support the learning culture in Prudential.
Ensure smooth implementation of end-to-end learning process by working with related parties both internal and external
Analyze programs effectiveness and impact through surveys, feedbacks, or other monitoring methods, providing key stakeholders with timely updates and relevant information to support decision-making.
Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment, and equality laws.
Collaborate on projects and initiatives both local and regional to support the people development in Prudential.
Requirements
a. Qualification
Undergraduate degree from a top university preferable; advanced degrees welcome
Able to work independently or with a team
Strong with data, digital, analytics, and project management skills
Strong verbal and communication skills to build the relationship with stakeholders
b. Experience
At least 3 years’ experience in training and development area
Solid experience in handling the end-to-end learning activities
Experience with digital learning platform, content, and delivery
Fluent in both oral and written English
