  • Partner with key stakeholders in developing learning roadmap based on competencies and capabilities critical in achieving Prudential’s purpose
  • Design and develop innovative scalable learning methods such as instructor-led training, self-directed learning, technology-based learning, etc
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a digital learning ecosystem to support the learning culture in Prudential.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of end-to-end learning process by working with related parties both internal and external
  • Analyze programs effectiveness and impact through surveys, feedbacks, or other monitoring methods, providing key stakeholders with timely updates and relevant information to support decision-making.
  • Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment, and equality laws.
  • Collaborate on projects and initiatives both local and regional to support the people development in Prudential.
Requirements a. Qualification
  • Undergraduate degree from a top university preferable; advanced degrees welcome
  • Able to work independently or with a team
  • Strong with data, digital, analytics, and project management skills
  • Strong verbal and communication skills to build the relationship with stakeholders
b. Experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience in training and development area
  • Solid experience in handling the end-to-end learning activities
  • Experience with digital learning platform, content, and delivery
  • Fluent in both oral and written English
