ERM is seeking a ESG Consultant to play a key role in delivery for the health and safety services delivered from ERM Indonesia . The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of Environmental/Health and Safety/Social technical capability and deep understanding of regulatory compliance to help our clients proactively address their ESG risks and challenges.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance on safety-related compliance projects, safety management system development and implementation, safety oversight, and safety auditing.
Develop safety procedures, plans, permits, and reports.
Assess regulatory compliance across various safety programs and environmental media.
Perform compliance audits and implement follow-up corrective actions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Design and implement environmental/safety management systems and environmental sustainability programs for clients.
Conduct training, field coaching, and assessment for safety performance improvement projects.
Provide on-site EHS compliance support at client facilities.
Manage multiple projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables.
Support ERM Partners-in-Charge and other Project Managers to effectively manage and deliver projects.
Effectively steward and build client relationships leading to repeat business.
Build strong collaborative relationships with other ERM employees.
Job Requirements:
BS in engineering, safety, occupational health, or related discipline. Master’s degree, from reputable international institution preferred.
2-3 years of relevant experience in a consulting environment working with significant industrial clients on regulatory compliance and sustainable ESG compliance programs.
Passionate about ESG performance improvement and have substantial experience developing and delivering world-class ESG program solutions.
Strong understanding of environmental regulations with a track record of environmental compliance and permitting and passionate about ESG performance improvement
Excellent communication, interpersonal, MS Office computer, and analytical skills; experienced in writing comprehensive technical reports.
Willingness to travel, domestic or internationally if required
Desirable; if the candidate has exposure to studying/working in other countries.
