Real Estate Manager is responsible to manages or coordinates all real estate related tasks at country level to include land acquisition and building for site locations, disposition, and lease negotiations. Secures all required legal documents, audits, data documents, etc. and analyzes and reviews lease documents. Coordinates occupancy of leased facilities.

Responsibilities:

Develops recommendations for locations and facilities, daily operation facility management service and equipment maintenance
Monitors build-out schedule compliance and resolves landlord/tenant issues.
Analyzes leases to extract information required to set up lease-related documents.
Coordinates scheduling of move-in to new location and move-out of old location.
Evaluates facility suitability. Identifies current and future facilities planning requirements.
Manages receipt and payments of property taxes for leased and owned facilities.

Képzettség

Qualifications:

Min Bachelors Degree, ideally from Engineering Background (Architecture/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
Min 5 years experience in property consultant With at least 10 years of large and diversified professional experience
Fluent in English
Proficient in MS Office
Negotiation Skill
