Job Description

Persyaratan:

  • Minimal S1 semua jurusan
  • Memiliki skill leadership yang baik
  • Dapat membuat report bulanan/mingguan
  • Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Team Leader CS/Telesales/Telemarketing
  • Terbiasa dengan sistem kerja target
  • Bersedia bekerja shifting/bekerja di hari Sabtu
  • Dapat mengoperasikan komputer
  • Dapat bekerja secepatnya
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Monitor proses kerja tim dan membantu anggota tim dalam kasus yang sulit (hard complain)
  • Berkoordinasi dengan pihak terkait untuk kelancaran kegiatan agent call center
  • Bertanggung jawab atas target
  • Menyusun program pengembangan tim
  • Menganalisa pencapaian harian dan bulanan tim
